    i love the photoshop vector tutorial but to be honest, that method takes a long time, you can simply use f filter to get the same, well almost teh same effect much faster….i have a tutorial like this on my site http://www.okapixel.com that will show you, but again a great tutorial for those who want to spend more time and get maybe more detail out of it.

    I know I’m biased but I think you should include psd.tu-torial.com in the list as well :P
