I hate to be the dick but the English language cannot stand up for itself. If you’re going to have a ‘magazine’, then it would be prudent to use proper punctuation in your official entries.

Its great that we have so many resources for job seekers to access jobs. But look at it from the perspective of the job seeker, finding and evaluating jobs from all of them is physically impossible and also, the search and retrieval technology based on keyword searching shows a lot of irrelevant jobs that they have to manually read and weed out.

Job search engines aka job aggregators may collect jobs but their search technology is still keyword based and now the problem of relevance is compounded and job hunters have to read and weed out more jobs than they would have from one source.

Personally i feel there are better job boards then the ones listed…..where is monster.com or iitjobs.com ????
