Adobe Photoshop Tutorials – Best Of

When it comes to graphic design, Adobe Photoshop is usually the first option to consider. However, the software itself is a quite tough nut to crack — and definitely extremely hard to master. For instance, the concepts are not always intuitive and it’s not always clear when to use what tool and how to use it effectively. In fact, in Photoshop it usually takes pretty much time to achieve something you have never done before.

However, you don’t need to muddle through numerous Photoshop features and extensions for every design problem. You can use professional suggestions instead, e.g. professional step-by-step tutorials which provide excellent results and thus can save you a lot of time.

One year ago we’ve presented a hand-picked collection of Photoshop tutorials. Now it’s time for a fresh portion of healthy Photoshop learning material. This article provides professional Adobe Photoshop tutorials which can enrich your design skills and improve the quality of your works. Although the authors of the tutorials rarely provide the information about the used version, we tried to pick only those tutorials that can be used with both CS 3 and older versions of Adobe Photoshop.

This is an Incredible site! I can’t believe it. I found you because you are following me on Twitter.

I was going to “remove” you because, judging by the “logo-instead-of-picture”, I figured either you were a commercial entity about to spam the crap out of me, or you were irrelavent to me. I decided to check out the website first, and I’m really glad I did! Just goes to show that….”You can’t always judge the book by the cover!”

Kudos on the great resources you have consolidated under one very nicely designed roof! I’ll be back…. alot!

Do one with Illustrator please, as many of these tutorials (especially the product mock-up one) would have been better off done in Illustrator because of the superior verctor format. I cringed when I saw the pixelated arrows, that was more awkward than anything else.

Otherwise, this has been mighty inspirational, great work. :3

For a person living with Photoshop for the past 7 yrs. Wow, thanks for the compilation htough I’ve seen most of it earlier. But I feel PSD Tut is the best amongst all.

    Hi,
all your lists with images plus description suffer of a problem of readability, after a bit of scrolling is difficult to say at a glance which description belongs to which image.
I think a simple 1px line could solve the problem.

This is the kind of site I have been looking for. It has enough of the key elements
for me to be able to put my own creative spirit into the drivers seat of photoshop
and explore what I can create. I have always done illustrations with Airbrush,Ink,
Paint and Pencils. You have real top quality works of art here. Thank you for
    putting your tutorials online.
