Not bad, although a bit generic :)
Andreas (October 27th, 2008, 2:05 am)
Looks nice, but what do you need these icons for? Do you write about social platforms all day?
Vitaly Friedman & Sven Lennartz (October 27th, 2008, 2:08 am)
@Andreas: if you are a blogger, you may use them to increase your traffic by asking visitors to support you in social media sites.
Thorsten (October 27th, 2008, 2:08 am)
How many of these social icon packs do you think the world needs???
Seems to be an easy way to get a great backlink for every designer.
Sit down for an hour, create a template, paste the social bookmarking logos in and thats it.
Boring…
moritzpeuser.de (October 27th, 2008, 2:20 am)
The word “social” is spelled wrong in the preview ;)
Anyways, nice icons. They are really useful for me!
lazy drunk (October 27th, 2008, 5:54 am)
nice work, will add them to my site
Andrew (October 27th, 2008, 6:14 am)
Another quiet day at Smashing Magazine? There are too many of these social icon sets featuring on the site now. Worse still, this one’s a bit of a lazy example that was probably designed expressly for free adversising. V-boring.
dev(Www,iHaCK.ASIA) (October 27th, 2008, 6:34 am)
This set icon really look good, love it ,thank for the creator & Smashingmagazine

I just don’t believe these are the quality that smashingmagazine usually holds, not a fan.
Vinay Prajapati (October 27th, 2008, 11:53 am)
really cool.
spongepuppy (October 27th, 2008, 6:10 pm)
With all due respect to the icon designers and Smashing’s editors/authors, these “social” icon sets are a massive waste of bandwidth. Thank you to Aravind Ajith, but perhaps your time would be better spent making something other than fadworthy icon sets.
Aravind Ajith (October 27th, 2008, 9:23 pm)
If you love a post/site only you will bookmark/share, isn’t it?. Basic idea of these icons lies there.. I know already there are enough social icons out there. But this is something I was looking for when I redesigned my blog. I found nobody has released these kind of ‘heart shaped’ icons before.. So I just skipped off the idea and used some other icons. Later I thought if I design icons in this idea, there would be somebody who will be happy to use them.. Anyway, thanks for all the comments.. =)

Looks great!
I was just wondering. We’ve got a lot social bookmarking and rss icons for download, but the question is, “How many of these are really being put to use by other designers?”
kvsreddy (November 11th, 2008, 5:01 pm)
Excellent work by you and we will be using these in our websites to honour your work
rinkoboo (November 21st, 2008, 7:24 pm)
Thanks. I feel there is so much ‘love’ and giving on this site. Great work. Thanks again.
Dot (January 31st, 2009, 12:08 pm)
I use these on my blog. I’ve looked through all these comments, and no one has mentioned that the 64px set does not contain a Digg icon, and the Digg icon in the 32px set is only 16 x 16 px. Can the designer post a corrected set? Thanks in advance.
Waqas (April 19th, 2009, 11:49 pm)
Very Nice Collection
As “Dot” mentioned Digg Icon is missing. Please post Digg icon for 64×64 size
Thanks
