Photoshop’s text and layer tools can be used to create some really awesome effects.     some tuts are great but some are real crap although they come from normally high quality sites like PSDTUTS. E. g. the flaming meteor text effect is totally bad described and the comments are full of shoulder patting but no help from the author or site owner… this list itself is nice, but somehow have seen most of them before.
