Modern Web-building technologies allow designers to realize their most daring and creative ideas. These strengths usually impress and entertain visitors and thus are often used for conceptual artistic presentations and promotional campaigns.

    @Adrian
    What is your problem? There is no other posts about other technologies in SM? If Smashing Magazine speaks about Flash is because, believe it or not, Flash is the only tool that deliver the most creative stuff in the web (for now). So I would say “such a shame you are so narrow minded”. I really dislike absurd accusations….

    My flash kaleidoscopes (http://annamika.com) have been re-created as an iPad app.
    It took considerable programming skills and the collaborated with an expert programmer. But I have to admit that the end result is something even better than what I could do in Flash. I empathize with all of the Flash guru’s out there. I love Apple, I love Adobe and I wish the two could work it out.

    Maybe we can hope Flash CS6 will code for iPads & iPhones.. because it’s great to make cool flash sites, but even better to actually make a little cash from it.

    So people like you like this sort of stuff – which can only be done with Flash. Yet you’re not a fan of Flash?

    Over 70% of the most visited sites on the web use Flash, and sites like Youtube/Vimeo would have never of existed without it. Or pretty much all of the most creative websites like these examples.
    But you dont like Flash. That makes sense.
