        I’m also waiting for the pre-ordered book. I contacted the customer support and on 22 December I got a reply (from Inge) saying that:

        “We have started to ship the pre-ordered books this week and orders placed in October have already been despatched.”

        However, one month later, on 18 January I received… a shipment confirmation. Which means that the book probably was not sent in December as I was told earlier. Now it’s almost February and I’m still waiting.

    My book arrived today but sadly it was in a less than decent state. I pre-ordered the book hoping to have a nice experience about mobile. Sadly I was disappointed to receive the book with a hole in the package and the back top corner shredded.
