Meriem Benhabiles is a Designer specialising in User Experience, with over five years working in-house, agency-side, and independently. Her background in Computer Science and Big Data means she designs at the intersection of the two, bringing technical fluency to data-native and complex products. She has guided global founders through product strategy, including a complex Pegasystems SaaS product suite for a tech company, which helped the client secure a seat at the Pega leaders’ table, and an onboarding redesign for TutorHive that removed the friction points stalling user activation, helping the platform grow to over 25,000 users.
She currently leads UX and conversion optimisation strategy for several accounts at The Covalent Bond, including Shake Shack and Xior Student Housing, and has designed an internal AI-driven QA tool for a Fortune Global 500 client that replaced a manual process and significantly cut turnaround time.
Meriem actively contributes to the wider design community by mentoring early-career designers, guest lecturing in Experience Design at Ada College, and serving as a juror for design competitions including the IAA London Design Awards and Horizon Interactive Awards.
