Reporting to the Head of UX Marketplaces, you will lead the UX Research practice across Schibsted. You will work together with our marketplace products and services in Europe and Latin America to define UX research operations across Schibsted Marketplaces.
As a manager, you’ll help your team grow and develop. Together you’ll follow defined KPIs to make sure we have a positive impact on product development using the insights we gain through qualitative and quantitative user research. Your mandate is to deliver better user insights, faster, within the cross-functional teams distributed across our marketplaces. You and your team will help execute the Product and UX Strategy across Schibsted, partnering with the marketplaces, to avoid duplication and improve the agility of our teams.
In this leadership position, you’ll collaborate with the Department of Data and Insights with the aim of delivering better user insight, faster.
UX Research is a team sport. In this role, you’ll enable all collaborators within Marketplaces to share user research knowledge, insights and practises.
