Fenway Health is hiring a

Manager of Web and Digital Strategy

As the Web Development & Digital Strategies Manager, you will lead the functional and technical design, development and maintenance for all of Fenway’s online properties, including Fenway’s 2015 MITX Award-winning website, fenwayhealth.org, as well as a variety fundraising and programmatic sites.

You will work closely with other staff and stakeholders. You will coordinate digital marketing strategies and campaigns across all departments. The Web Development & Digital Strategies Manager works in close cooperation with members of the Communications team and other Fenway staff that support Fenway’s mission and the work of its various departments and divisions.

REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES (INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

  • Design, Develop, and Maintain Web-Based Solutions including Websites and Applications in Support of Fenway’s Mission and the Fenway Brand.
  • Partner with Other Departmental Staff to Design, Develop and Maintain Digital Media and Strategy Solutions
  • Meet Agency Participatory Expectations.
  • Perform other related duties as required

SOME KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of an additional 3-5 years of professional web management and graphic design experience.

Strong front-end web development skills (demonstrated ability to code HTML5, CSS3, PHP, jQuery, JavaScript, MySQL, XML & AJAX). Experience working with various Content Management Systems (WordPress, Drupal and/or Joomla). Experience collecting and analyzing user and performance data from a variety of web and social media platforms. Ability to work harmoniously with diverse groups of individuals required
