Debbie Levitt is the Chief Experience Officer of Delta CX, and, since the mid-1990s, she has been a CX and UX consultant focused on strategy, research, training, and Human-Centered Design/User-Centered Design. As a change agent and business design consultant, she focuses on helping companies of all sizes transform towards customer-centricity while using principles of Agile and Lean. Debbie is the author of the books Customers Know You Suck and Life After Tech. She also writes articles and shares her knowledge as a speaker and on the Delta CX YouTube channel.
