Passionate about making data visualizations accessible for people with disabilities, his current focus lies on toolmaking at the intersection of data visualization and accessibility. Before embarking on a PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Frank was a staff design systems engineer on the Visa Data Experience team and lead contributor to the accessibility efforts of Visa Chart Components. His work has shaped systems work in government and policy orgs, Fortune 5 corporations, news groups, and non-profits, and has been recognized for its significant societal contributions.
