Ines Akrap is a front-end engineer, a Google Developer Expert in Web Performance, and co-chair of the W3C Sustainable Web Interest Group, the community behind the Web Sustainability Guidelines. Advocating for a web that is faster, lighter, and more respectful of the people using it, she treats performance, accessibility, and sustainability not as separate concerns but as signals of engineering quality. Ines explores and shares this perspective through talks, standards work, education, and as co-author of the book Building the Sustainable Web.
