Nikki Anderson is a qualitative user experience researcher with eight years of experience in the field. Using her background in education and psychology, she mentors people and organizations on the value that user research can bring to customers, teams, and businesses. To provide a space for people to learn about user research and move their research careers forward, Nikki founded User Research Academy in 2019. She also shares her expertise as a writer and speaker.
