Renee Reid is a human-centered UX research and design leader and international speaker with over 25 years of professional experience. As Director of UX Design Research at LinkedIn, she currently leads a team of researchers across Agentic, Premium, and Search Experiences. Renee is a voice and activist for the importance of representation, diversity, inclusion, belonging, and equity within the UX, Design, Product, and Tech industries. In 2020, she launched the Tech Wrap Queen podcast, hosting conversations about tech, design, and culture with Black industry leaders and innovators.
