Ryan Rumsey is a former tech executive turned author, coach, consultant, and business owner. Drawing on more than 20 years of experience designing products and services and leading teams, he is passionate about professional development and helping others grow. Ryan runs the creative studio Second Wave Dive and is the founder of CDO School, where he teaches senior designers and their teams how to be strategic at work.
